After hours of, an unending walk
I percieved a glow, shimmering between the trees
Arriving at a hut, I knocked at the door
A woman opened, and ushered me inside
Three others women, come to greeting me
They offered me a meal, and a bed to sleep
I hope, this time I am, free and safe
But, I am afraid of, to be bewitched
It’s sure they, want me for their sinister plans
And, already I feel, their bad will
Yes, you are in our claws, forever
We'll, keep you as a choice, ingredient
And, the time comes your heart, will be offered
For, the potion of youth, to the Dean
But because of their, curse I slept until night
And when I woke up, I heard some haunted chants
So I decided, to find the choirs provenance
At the hut’s cellar, three of the witches where there
Chanting and dancing, around a big owl
And at the same time, the fourth pushed me inside
They bound me with chords, and locked me in a coffin
Brought to the graveyard, they buried me alive
I hope, this time I am, free and safe
But, I am afraid of, to be bewitched
It’s sure they, want me for their sinister plans
And, already I feel, their bad will
Yes, you are in our claws, forever
We'll, keep you as a choice, ingredient
And, the time comes your heart, will be offered
For, the potion of youth, to the Dean

Fantastic album from front to back! Incredibly catchy, fuzzy riffs, great songwriting and powerful lyricism.
A classic of modern heavy psych / stoner music! Brett

OMG, late to the party but this is some of the best occult infused doom stoner tackle I've ever heard. Reference points include Sabbath (obvs), especially with the Ozzy-esque vocals but there's also the melodiousness of early Heep mixing with a more contemporary occult rock sound. It starts in the 70's and makes it to the present day. The riffs are huge but it's their way with a hook that elevates this from your average doom/stoner fare. Very wonderful indeed! egg-magoo
Nothing on the Swedish band's latest happens on a small scale; their primary pursuit is in what's over the horizon. Bandcamp Album of the Day Mar 8, 2022

Nice old school doom with a garage feel to the production, not one to set the world alight, but decent enough for me to add to the collection. fattitfitti
